4.1 — Welcome Bonus

After opening a new account on jaya, a 100% bonus up to ৳5,000 is available on the first deposit. For example, depositing ৳1,000 adds an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 adds the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳17,000.

4.2 — Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳15,000 in wagers before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.

4.3 — General Bonus Terms

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and can only be used for gameplay.
• Winnings earned from bonuses are not withdrawable until wagering requirements have been completed.
• Attempting to claim bonuses from multiple accounts may result in all bonuses being cancelled and accounts being suspended.

Participants in jaya's VIP program can advance to higher tiers through regular gameplay and enjoy weekly cashback benefits. The VIP program is divided into four tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression to higher VIP tiers depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to the account each week according to a set schedule.

6.1 — Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Engaging in fraud, deception, or illegal activities.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Intentionally exploiting any technical vulnerability in the system.
• Using another person's account or playing with funds from a third party.
• Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.

6.2 — Account Closure & Balance Forfeiture

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, jaya reserves the right to permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit all balances (deposited funds, bonuses, and winnings). The user will not be entitled to claim any compensation in such cases.

7.1 — General Betting Terms

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet fails to process due to a technical error, the relevant amount will be returned to the account.

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount is generally refunded, though specific market rules may apply.

7.2 — Sports Betting

jaya's sports betting section allows wagering on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All bet outcomes depend on the official result of the relevant sport. Any bet placed after a market has closed will not be accepted.

7.3 — Casino Games
